The Women’s International Friendship Cup

The Women’s International Friendship Cup

The Women’s International Friendship Cup [March 20 - 23 2025]

This golf croquet event came about from an idea Cheryl Bromley had as she continued to travel and meet players from all over.  It was her dream to host a major women’s tournament in the U.S. to showcase up-and-coming women players and top-notch talent from around the world, and to foster camaraderie between these players and women of all skill levels in the USA. After being delayed in 2020 due to the pandemic and with international travel restrictions still in place in 2021, it began as the very first Women’s GC Open in the United States in 2021 held at the Chesapeake Bay Club. In 2022, it was officially established as the Women’s International Friendship Cup and now, in 2025, will be sponsored by the Women’s Golf Croquet Academy and take place at the Ponte Vedra Croquet Club in Florida.
